Video Catch up

Garrett loves to help with the laundry... here's the video I couldn't post last time! Shaking them out was a hit. Hopefully he'll still like doing laundry in 10 years!

We got this at Walmart and Garrett walked behind it first try!

Garrett walking!

So there are a couple of pics that I thought I'd include in this post...
Garrett is ready to make a trip to Walmart!
it was snowing big flakes and he loves to try and push the snow away as it falls.

Trying on dad's old cowboy boots... they're still a little big.

testing them out

Garrett started walking at 11 months... this is when he's just starting out

Garrett liked the sound of the boots on the wood so much, we decided to do some tap dancing!

Hawaii part 1

HAWAII (part 1)

enjoying the planes and baggage cars while waiting to board our flight

Garrett loved the airport!

Chilling with dad on the plane

Hawaii!!...

and GRASS!!!

Hanging out for our ride... we had time to change clothes, which was good because you don't need pants and long sleeves in Hawaii!

Luapahoehoe Point (pronounced la pa hoi hoi)

first time getting in the ocean

picking avocados...they were huge!

nice!

Grandpa's view at work... wish we all could have that. wouldn't work be so much better?!

visiting the cows on the dairy... of course Garrett loved them

... but the cows were a little scared of Garrett, or maybe it was Jordan...haha

motorcycles... yes he loves these too

walking with grandpa

lots of birthday parties were going on this day...

I loved the roots on this tree

getting ready to swim

we had to wait for the rain to quit before we went swimming... that only took like 7 min.

Garrett's safety coral... he would freak out in the water and then we'd give him the coral back and he stayed calm.... he eventually didn't need it by the end

he found out he could splash like in the tub!

hanging out with grandpa

cool trees... with the biggest vines growing up them

big waves...

and if you can see some guy's tent and him fishing on the end of the rock

nice hat

but this one was my favorite!...

walking to the new black sand beach...
the red is actually lava rock they have hauled in! COOL!

this is how coconut palm trees grow... you just put them right on the ground!

Garrett was such a trooper! he loved getting out of the car and seeing everything

Rainbow falls

huge banyan trees! the vines grow down from the branches and plant themselves in the ground

peek!

Garrett kept bonking his head on the tree and thought it was hilarious...
he's trying to see if Jordan thinks it's funny to in this one

melting pots (there's a river down below)

hahaha, Garrett is trying to figure out what in the world Jordan is doing...
being funny

going into a lava tube!

inside the lava tube
coming out of the lava tube

Cherry Blossoms at Waimea! I can't wait for spring here!

a little pull off where we saw some cool fish and big waves

he liked the waterfall

and I know he misses the grass... he was so happy feeling it and of course picking it.

Garrett loved playing in the sand at the hotel beach. He wasn't a fan of the waves splashing him.

not quite sure what to think about these horses...

The Hilton: where we went and swam and watched a dolphin show

Waipeo Valley

Had beautiful flowers growing everywhere on the sides of the road!

if you look close you can see the whilte boat in the back on the right. Jordan and I kayaked clear out there. We went snorkling and saw the coolest fish! (you know like Gill from Finding Nemo... so much better up close!)
